Unfortunately, melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. We cannot accept any RETURNS OR REFUNDS. After placing an order, please make sure to check your tracking often and delivery status*

Most products shipped in warm weather arrive without melting. But please understand, that there is no way that we can ship products and completely control the high heat temperatures of summer, trucks, and mailboxes. If your butter arrives melted you can put it in the refrigerator, and then whip it back up. If you don't want to be bothered with this process you can order one of our body oils 

All products are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take about 3-5 business days, depending on what the customer decides at checkout and where they are located. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Not including holidays and weekends. Once the tracking number has been sent to the provided email address Velvety Vibes is NOT responsible for any LOST packages, Incorrect addresses, and addresses with no APT Number. Any PROBLEMS with package delivery and/or lost packages please take this up with the U.S. Postal Service.
