Anyone else have trouble receiving their package because they live in apt? I entered my correct address when ordering but in the order confirmation my apt # doesn’t show up. My package was sent back to the post office because they couldn’t verify my address.

I think it's something with the system like it automatically kicks out your apartment number when u place ur order cause my apartment number was there when I filled out my shipping info but as soon as I placed the order it was gone I think she needs to look into it luckily my mailman left it in the basket we have downstairs in my apartment building
same here, i got in contact w javonne earlier she asked for order # and now im just waiting for reply back when she has a chance.
